I covered it in bread crumbs and a little italian spice, and it was great! Also, I definitely recommend the baking option. I added some cut up chicken for a little protein. I love this and have made it several times now. Yum yum yum! Make sure you look at the calories in your own ingredients because for me, this was around 450 calories per serving, just fyi! I also put extra shredded cheese and crushed cheese crackers on top. I can't eat this but I'll serve it at our next get together. It tastes fabulous but I'm not sure it's very healthy (lots of sodium and carbs). I made this with leftover cheese from party trays. I used low fat cheddar instead of regular next time I will use regular for the flavour. Im a bit confused here, how is 450 calories, and almost 16 grams of fat for 1/2 Cup of this healthy? its four servings and only 2 cups of noodles.so its not much more than 1/2 cup. ![]()
